🔄 Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. Since most items are made-to-order, we run a fair, clear, and no-nonsense return policy to protect both you and our small family-run shop.
❌ Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of being placed.
Once an item enters production, it cannot be canceled or changed, since we do not carry inventory and your item is being made specifically for you.
If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In its original condition
- Free of lint, pet hair, deodorant marks, smoke, or odors
If you wouldn’t be happy receiving it new, we can’t accept it back because the whole idea is for us to sell that mamajama not admire it on a shelf.
Please use our contact form to get a return/exchange approval and you will then have our address. DO NOT send back to the sender on the package.
Please include a note inside the package with your order number and the reason for the return.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will initiate an exchange or refund.
💵 Who Pays Return Shipping?
If the item arrived damaged, misprinted, or defective
No return is required.
Just send us photos and we’ll issue a replacement or refund.
If we sent you the wrong item
That one’s on us (even Bigfoot makes mistakes).
We will provide:
A prepaid return label and as soon as it ships we will send the replacement
Just send us photos so we can verify and fix it fast.
If the return is due to:
- Fit issues
- Style preference
- Ordering the wrong size
- Change of mind
The customer pays return shipping.
💸 Refunds & Replacements
Refunds or replacements are issued after the item is received and inspected.
If the item is returned in new condition, the refund will be processed normally.
If the item shows signs of:
- Wear
- Washing
- Stains
- Pet hair
- Smoke or strong odors
The return will be denied and the item can be shipped back to you at your expense.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Because everything is made to order, we cannot accept returns for:
- Worn or used apparel
- Custom or personalized items (unless defective)
🚚 Late or Lost Deliveries
If a shipment is delayed or lost by the carrier, contact us and we will review the situation and assist on a case-by-case basis.
